FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of piezoelectric ceramics and can be used in the manufacture of ceramics based on niobate-zirconate-titanate lead for ultrasonic devices, various piezoelectric sensors. In the method for producing a piezoceramic material, comprising preparing the weighed portions of the starting components: PbO, ZnO, Nb2O3, TiO2, and ZrO2, mechanical activation by finely divided grinding, synthesis to obtaining a solid solution, pressing and sintering, according to the invention, mechanical activation is carried out by wet grinding for 3 hours in an acidic medium containing citric acid, oleic acid, isopropyl alcohol and water, with the following component ratio, mass%: lemon acid 0.2–1.8, oleic acid 0.1–0.3, isopropyl alcohol 1–5, distilled water 48–52, burden constituents – the rest. Synthesis is carried out at a temperature of 760–780 °C.
EFFECT: increase in the piezoelectric parameters of the piezoceramic material and a decrease in the energy intensity of the technological process due to a decrease in the synthesis and sintering temperature.
