FIELD: piezoceramic materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of piezoceramic materials intended for ultrasonic devices operating in the receiving mode, various piezoelectric sensors. Piezoceramic material, including oxides of lead, zirconium, titanium, in accordance with the invention additionally contains oxides of strontium, niobium and germanium in the following ratio of components, wt.%: PbO 64.4÷66.5; ZrO2 19.5÷20.3; TiO2 10.9÷41.5; SrO 1.5÷2.5; Nb2O5 0.8÷1.1; GeO2 0.1÷0.4.
EFFECT: obtaining a piezoceramic material with high electrophysical characteristics: increased piezoelectric voltage sensitivity and increased temperature stability of the dielectric constant.
