SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a serving GPRS support node (SGSN). The SGSN comprises: a receiving unit configured to receive a service request message, the service type of which is modified in the service request message to indicate a UE-initiated service request in a traffic offloading device, wherein the service request message is transmitted from the UE in standby mode as a paging response; and a processing unit configured to process authentication for said UE.
EFFECT: successful call connection without reducing security level in a mobile communication network.
