SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication systems. The system includes: a first home Node-B (HNB); a second HNB; and a home node-gateway (HNB-GW), which is connected to a backbone network, wherein the first HNB includes a means of communicating with user equipment (UE) before relocation within the HNB-GW, where the UE moves from the first HNB to the second HNB; and a means of sending a first message, which includes information about RFCI, which identifies a combination of RAB sub-streams, to the HNB-GW during relocation; wherein the HNB-GW includes a means of receiving the first message; and a means of sending a second message, which includes information about RFCI, to the second HNB, and where the second HNB includes a means of communicating with UE after relocation; and a means of receiving a second message.
EFFECT: solving communication problems during movement of user equipment.
