FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of porous articles from nonwoven wire material. Proposed device comprises coil with wire material, first and second wire deforming assemblies. Note here that first deforming assembly consists of parallel drive and driven cylindrical rolls arranged to form wire as a toothed bead. Second deforming assembly is arranged parallel with first one and consists of parallel drive and driven cylindrical rolls. The latter can form at drive roll a porous material and adjust porous material pressing force applied by first roll. Note here that linear travel mechanism is arranged between said coil and first deforming assembly to allow wire material reciprocate axially towards cylindrical rolls.
EFFECT: higher quality of finished product, higher process efficiency.
