FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a coil with wire material and deforming nodes. The first node consists of cylindrical rollers in the form of a set of coaxially and inseparably arranged cylindrical chevron gears to form wires in the form of bead forming gear. The second node consists of parallel leading and driven cylindrical rollers to form porous material on the drive roller. The mechanism of linear movements is intended for reciprocating motion of wire material in the axial direction of cylindrical rollers. The helical cylindrical gears of the cylindrical rollers of the first deforming node are biased in the plane of rotation relative to each other to a width of the tooth. Between each helical cylindrical gears of the driven roller, there are disks not thicker than 1/4 of the thickness of each of the gears and the same diameter with them, and between the helical cylindrical gears of the driving roller there are discs with thickness of two wire diameters greater than the thickness of the driven roller discs and a diameter less by twice height of gear teeth.
EFFECT: stable structure of porous material is formed, the workpiece performance and quality is increased.
