FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of porous articles from non-woven wire material. Technical result is achieved by device for production of porous material, which contains coil with wire material, installed in series first and second deforming wire material units. At that, the first deforming assembly consists of parallel located driving and driven cylindrical rolls made in the form of a set of coaxially and inseparably located cylindrical chevron gears with the possibility of wires formation and in form of gear rind. Second deforming assembly is installed parallel to the first one and consists of parallel arranged driving and driven cylindrical rollers made with the possibility of formation of porous material on the drive roller and with adjustment of force of contraction of porous material by the driven roller. At the same time between the coil and the first deforming unit there is a mechanism of linear displacements, providing possibility of reciprocal movement of wire material in axial direction of cylindrical rollers. Helical cylindrical gears of the driving and driven cylindrical rollers of the first deforming assembly forming cylindrical chevron gears are additionally shifted in the rotation plane relative to each other by the tooth width. Between each helical cylindrical gears of both the driven and the driving rollers, in turn, in staggered order, there are discs with thickness of not more than 1/4 of thickness of each of gears and identical diameter to them, and disks with thickness of two wire diameters are larger than thickness of previous disks and diameter is less by twice value of teeth height of gears.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of equipment and quality of workpiece for further pressing.
