SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication engineering and can be used to implement a scheduling mode. A mobile terminal for a mobile communication system with at least two different scheduling modes contains a receiver, configured for receiving a control channel signal from a base station. The said signal contains at least a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) field and a redundancy type field (RV). At least one of the values that can be represented by bits of HARQ and RV fields defines a code point used to indicate the scheduling mode for user data transmission in the shape of the protocol data unit.
EFFECT: higher signalling efficiency, lower mobile terminal complexity from the point of decoding the control downlink.
