FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel method of obtaining 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4-dinitro-5-(thio-R)-1H-pyrazoles of general formula given below, by the nucleophilic substitution with thiols. The said compounds can be the initial compounds for the synthesis of therapeutically active substances. The claimed method consists in the interaction of 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4,5-trinitro-1H-pyrazole with thiols, selected from the group: ethylmercaptan, 4-bromothiophenol, in the presence of sodium hydroxide with the molar ratio of 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4,5-trinitro-1H-pyrazole:thiol:sodium hydroxide, equal to 1:1:1, in a medium water: acetonitrile with a volume ratio of 1:3.3 respectively, at a temperature of 25°C for 0.25 h.

EFFECT: extension of a spectrum of obtained target products with a sufficiently high output.
