FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining 5-aminosubstituted 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4-dinitro-1H-pyrazoles, represented by general formula (1) where R1 and R2 independently represent H, a C1-C6 alkyl group with a branched or non-branched chain, adamantylmethyl group, benzyl group, which can have in a phenol ring from 1 to 3 substituents, selected from a halogen or C1-C6 alkyl, or R1 and R2 together with the nitrogen atom, which they are bound to, form a 5-8-membered heterocycle, which can additionally contain one more heteroatom, selected from N and O, and the said heterocycle can be additionally substituted with C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxycarbonyl and phenylcarbonyl groups. The claimed method consists in the nucleophilic substitution of a nitrogroup in 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4,5-trinitropyrazole with respective amines of formula HNR1R2 in the presence of a base.

EFFECT: technological method of obtaining novel compounds, which are obtained with a sufficiently high output, is developed; obtained pyrazoles potentially are the initial compounds for the synthesis of therapeutically active compounds.
