FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of adamantane derivatives, namely to a novel method of obtaining 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4-dinitro-5-(N-nitropyrazolyl)-1H-pyrazoles by nucleophilic substitution with nitropyrazoles, which can be initial compounds for the synthesis of therapeutically active substances. The claimed method of obtaining 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4-dinitro-5-(N-nitropyrazolyl)-1H-pyrazoles of general formula: , consists in the interaction of 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4,5-trinitro-1H-pyrazole with nitropyrazoles, selected from the group: 4-nitro-1H-pyrazole, 3-nitro-1H-pyrazole in the presence of sodium hydroxide with the molar ratio 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4,5-trinitro-1H-pyrazole, nitropyrazole, sodium hydroxide, equal to 1:1:1, in a medium of water:acetonitrile with the volume ratio of 1:2 respectively, at a temperature of 25°C for 1h.
