FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of adamantane derivatives, namely to a novel method of obtaining 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4-dinitro-5-(O-R)-1H-pyrazoles of general formula given below with the nucleophilic substitution with phenols and oximes. The said compounds can be the initial compounds for the synthesis of therapeutically active substances. The claimed method consists in the interaction of 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4,5-trinitro-1H-pyrazole with the respective oxime, selected from the group: acetone oxime, acetophenone oxime, or a phenol derivative, selected from the line: 4-bromophenol, 2-nitrophenol, in the presence of sodium hydroxide with the molar ratio of 1-(1-adamantyl)-3,4,5-trinitro-1H-pyrazole and the respective oxime or phenol derivative, sodium hydroxide, equal to 1:1:1, in a medium water:acetonitrile with a volume ratio of 1:2 respectively, at a temperature of 25°C for 1-5 h.

EFFECT: extension of a spectrum of obtained target compounds with a sufficiently high output.
