FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method envisages non-recurrent foliar treatment of leaves of trees, bushes and plants with manganese sulphate solution with concentration equal to 1 g/l during large-scale juice-filling of fruits and berries which allows to increase manganese natural content 1.6-2.0 times. The following terms of foliar treatment and the manganese sulphate solution rate are observed. for kolomikta actinidia - the third decade of June with the solution rate equal to 1000 l/ha, for black chokeberry - the first decade of July with the solution rate equal to 300-500 l per 100 trees, for edible honeyberry - the first decade of May with the solution rate equal to 1000 l/ha, for garden strawberry - the second decade of May with the solution rate equal to 750 l/ha, for ashberry - the first decade of July with the solution rate equal to 400-600 l per 100 trees and apple tree - the first decade of July with the solution rate equal to 600-1000 l per 100 trees.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce manganese-enriched fruits and berries of kolomikta actinidia, black chokeberry, edible honeyberry, garden strawberry, ashberry or apple tree, used for manganese deficit prevention.
