SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipments, namely to device for medication delivery and to method of manufacturing device for medication delivery. Device for medication delivery contains case, which has proximal end and distal end, cartridge, adjusted for placement of medication, fixing element of cartridge, adjusted for holding cartridge and spring washer. Fixing element of cartridge is fixed to case. Spring washer is located inside case for application of effort to cartridge and cartridge fixation, preventing displacement of cartridge relative to cartridge fixing element. Spring washer is curved in axial and/or radial direction. Method of manufacturing abovementioned device of medication delivery contains providing case, providing cartridge, providing cartridge fixing element, adjusted for holding cartridge, placement of spring washer inside case, and attachment of cartridge fixing element to case, which results in loading spring washer in order to apply effort to cartridge and cartridge fixation, preventing its displacement relative to cartridge fixing element.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase workability with respect to control of dosage and/or increase repeatability of dosage in connection with application of different cartridges.
