FIELD: production of rectified edible alcohol.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes wort rectification in plant having heated columns equipped with dephlegmators and condensers: boiling column, fractionating column, alcohol column and methanol column; method includes distillation of wort for obtaining wort distillate which is cleaned in fractionating column for obtaining fractionation intermediate product in boiling column and consequently for obtaining rectified ehtyl alcohol which is cleaned in methanol column and final product is removed from the still of this column. Distillation of wort is carried out in wort fractionating column, thus obtaining wort distillate and fractionated water-and-alcohol vapor from hollow insert between boiling and fractionating sections of this column. Wort rectification processes are carried out at increased pressure in wort fractionating column, boiling column and fractionating column and at reduced pressure in alcohol and methanol columns. Fractionating column has stripping, boiling and concentration sections and it is fed with wort distillate and fractions from condenser of carbon dioxide separator and alcohol trap of dirty distillates; heating is effected with live steam. Boiling and concentration sections of this column are additionally heated with fractionated water-and-alcohol vapor from wort fractionating column. Before cleaning the fractionation intermediate product, additional cleaning of this product from organic acids and other tailings is effected in alcohol column on plates of stripping section; admixtures are discharged from still of fractionating column together with byproduct of rectification cleaning process; product is also cleaned from components of fusel oil and other intermediate admixtures. Reinforcing of fractionation intermediate product with ethyl alcohol is performed on plates of lower zone of boiling section. Fraction of intermediate admixtures is removed from liquid phase of plates of fractionating column boiling section which are located below zone of withdrawal of fractionation intermediate product and is directed to upper plate of this column. Concentration section of fractionating column is divided into two zones by means of partition fitted with drain sleeve without holes for passage of vapor which is fed to inter-tube space of methanol column boiler where it is partially condensed with heat formed at condensation of vapor. Rectified alcohol is evaporated in tubes of methanol column boiler which is heated with secondary vapor thus formed. Mixture of water-and-alcohol condensate and vapor from inter-tube space is directed to separator and liquid from this separator is returned to upper plate of lower zone of concentration section of fractionating column. Vapor is fed to vapor space above partition; this vapor is used for heating the upper zone of concentration section of fractionating column. Fraction of fusel alcohol from alcohol column, fraction of intermediate admixtures from lower zone of boiling section of fractionating column and hydro-selection water are directed to upper plate of this column. Concentration of overhead and intermediate admixtures is carried out in upper zone at increased specific consumption of hydro-selection water; vapor from upper plate of fractionating column is directed to its dephlegmator. In the course of partial condensation, vapor is additionally reinforced with admixtures which are taken from condenser of this column in form of fractions of overhead and intermediate admixtures and evacuated from wort rectification system.

EFFECT: improved quality of rectified alcohol.
