FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and molecular biology. The method includes measuring the expression of the following oxygen-sensitive genes: Pdk4, Nid2, Golph2, Actr1a, Api5, Mrp13, Scn7a, Acox3, Lamr1, Sv2b, Stmn2, Trpc3, Crebzf, Herc1, Ssc1, Snrpb, Zfhx1b, sc125b, Rn. 48050, Rn. 42485, MPP3, AI 101224, Abca1, Appbp1, Rn. 96234, Nptxr, Rn. 16755, Vamp2, Ghr, Calm1, Cyp51, and ID1, and by the determined difference in the level of expression of the said genes in animals which were subjected and which were not subjected to an influence of oxidative stress, a conclusion about the presence of oxidative stress in a mammal is made.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose the state of oxidative stress in an organism both in time and after the influence of oxidative stress.
