SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically, to an artificial molecule of a nucleic acid. The invention characterises a 5'UTR element produced from a TOP gene and capable of synergistically stabilising and improving production of an open frame-encoded readable protein/polypeptide in combination with a histone stem-loop with expression of the proposed artificial molecule of a nucleic acid. Optionally, the artificial molecule of a nucleic acid can additionally include a poly(A)-sequence, a polyadenylation signal and/or a 3'UTR.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is production of an artificial molecule of a nucleic acid.
