SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary and can be applied in treatment of affected mucosa and skin of animals of different etiology. Preparation for treatment of animals with affection of mucosa and skin includes solution, consisting of 10-15 wt % of cefazolinum, 70-80 wt % of Novocain (0.5% solution) and 10-15 wt % of dexamethasone. Method of treating animals with animals with affection of mucosa and skin is characterised by the following: preparation is instilled 2 times per day in dose 2-5 drops into conjunctival sac in case of keratoconjunctivitis, 1-2 times every 3 days is introduced subcutaneously in dose 2-5 ml in the place of animal skin affection.

EFFECT: application of invention will make it possible to reduce treatment by 3-4 days.
