PROGRAMMABLE SHELL Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC F42C11/06 F42C11/00 F42C17/04

Abstract RU 2535313 C2

FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of programming shell during the passage through the barrel. A programmable shell with at least one energy storage unit, one electronic unit and fuse and at least one sensor for receiving a signal with the frequency f2 for transmitting energy, which may be sent to the energy storage unit and for receiving a signal sent for programming with a frequency (f3) and the transmission of this signal to electronic unit for programming. Programming, as well as the energy transmitting is carried out by passage of the shell (1) through the gun barrel, the recoil reducer or the like element, which is used as a waveguide below frequency limit.

EFFECT: invention enables to implement optimal programming and/or the energy transmitting and create a shell of simple layout design.
