FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to programming a projectile when the projectile passes through a barrel or muzzle brake. The method proposes to program a projectile (5) with inductive and/or capacitive sensors. The invention proposes to use a waveguide (2, 11) for programming since the electromagnetic field is concentrated in the waveguide. The programming device (1) used consists of at least one waveguide (2, 11), which is preferably situated or installed in an area of a barrel, e.g. before a muzzle brake (6). A transmission connector (3) is fed from a signal generator (4). Information provided for the projectile (5) is modulated in a modulator (18) at carrier frequency (f1). A receiving connector (8), which is electrically connected to a storage or processor (19) in the projectile, is installed on/in the projectile (5). The receiving connector receives the modulated signal and transmits said signal to the processor (19) where the programming process is then carried out.
EFFECT: invention enables to create a system which is easy to assemble and enables to perform optimum programming.
