In formula (I) a carbon atom, which X is bound to, has an S or R configuration, X represents -CH2OC(O)R2, Y1 and Y2 each represents hydrogen, Y3 and Y4 together form a methylene group, Z1 represents fluorine, a hydroxyl group or hydroxymethyl, Z2 represents fluorine or a hydroxyl group, R2 represents C1-10alkyl, C1-10alkylamino, C1-10alkylcarbonyloxyC1-10alkyl or hydroxyC1-10alkyl.

EFFECT: obtaining pharmaceutically acceptable salts, used for the treatment or prevention of disorders, mediated by the vitamin D receptors.
