FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A surgical suture filament has an elongated core. The core has a first arm support and a second arm support. A first set of notches projects from the first arm support. A second set of notches projects from the second arm support. The suture filament has a lock. The lock projects from the core arranged between the first and second sets of notches. A higher filament suture is ensured by sheathing the elongated core and lock. The suture filament comprises a tampon. The tampon has a first through hole and a second through hole. The first arm support passes through the second hole in the tampon. The second arm support passes through the second hole in the tampon. The lock is arranged between the first and second holes in the tampon.
EFFECT: improving the surgical suture filament.
