FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in plastic surgery and/or reconstruction surgery, in particular, for lifting of face and/or eyebrow skin. Surgical suture material is made in form of woven product and contains fibrous structures. Fibrous structures protrude from threads of woven product, for fixation in biological tissues. In obtaining suture material in form of woven product threads are interwoven with obtaining woven structure. Separate threads during weaving are brought out of formed woven structure in order to obtain protruding fibrous structures. Surgical set includes suture material and, at least, one surgical needle.
EFFECT: suture material is suitable for such zones of wounds which make it difficult or impossible to tie up knots from standard suture materials.
