FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of tires and control over flaw origination in tire sealing ply. Proposed method consists in that uncured tire including carcass ply, breaker structure, tread web and sealing material ply are subjected to hardening and forming at heating it in curing mould forming cavity for hardening of tread web, breaker structure and carcass ply. Then, hardened tire is withdrawn from curing mould. Then, tire is arranged so that its outer surface corresponding to tread web communicated with ambient medium. Thereafter, working pressure is applied to tire outer surface that exceeds ambient medium pressure to counteract the diffusion of gases generated at hardening into sealing ply unless said gases are not diverted through tire outer surface.
EFFECT: higher quality of tires.
