SUBSTANCE: method of shaping and vulcanization of tires for vehicle wheels includes such stages: installation of unvulcanised tire on the toroidal abut, having external surface which form to a great extend corresponds of the inner surface form of unvulcanised tire. Then one heats the toroidal abut for heat transmission to the inner surface of the tire, which contacts the toroidal abut, and presses of inner surface of unvulcanised tire to external surface of toroidal abut, at least, with the help of one secondary operational fluid environment under pressure. External surface pressure of unvulcanised tire to the walls of shaping hollow, made in vulcanisating press-form, with the help of primary operational fluid environment under pressure. Stated primary operational fluid environment under pressure passes, at least, one diffusion space between external surface of toroidal abut and inner surface of unvulcanised tire. Then primary operational fluid environment under pressure is heated for heat supply to unvulcanised tire for its vulcanisation. Variants of device, including vulcanising press-form with heat facility of unvulcanised tire, are used for fulfillment of stated method of invention.
EFFECT: equal distribution of elastic material in press-form and elimination of work defects as result of connection.
