FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method of tyre production, in which: tyre structural elements are made and assembled on toroidal support to make a non-vulcanised tyre, and at least internal surface of non-vulcanised tyre is preliminarily vulcanised by means of toroidal support heating. Method consists in the fact that elastomer layer is applied onto external surface of toroidal support, at the same time external surface has the shape that mainly matches shape of internal surface of tyre, non-vulcanised tyre is made, assembling its structural elements on support equipped with elastomer layer, non-vulcanised tyre installed on support is introduced into moulding cavity, internal walls of which have the shape that mainly matches the shape of tyre external surface, at least partially elastomer layer is preliminarily vulcanised by means of support heating, primary working fluid is introduced into at least one gap produced between internal surface of non-vulcanised tyre and toroidal support for pressing of external surface of non-vulcanised tyre to internal walls of moulding cavity, and non-vulcanised tyre is vulcanised. At least part of internal support along surface radius is provided with multiple protruding elements, which are intended to improve heat exchange between support and internal surface of non-vulcanised tyre to achieve specified working temperature, which provides for performance of preliminary vulcanisation. Toroidal support comprises multiple peripheral sectors, which create its external surface, at the same time external surface has the shape that mainly matches shape of internal surface of non-vulcanised tyre, at the same time, at least part of internal support along radius has multiple protruding elements intended for improvement of heat exchange between support and internal surface of non-vulcanised tyre.
EFFECT: invention provides for higher quality.
