SUBSTANCE: feeding system of the primary oxidiser to an oxygen-fuel boiler with a circulating fluidised bed (CFB) includes multiple bubbling cap assemblies. Each bubbling cap assembly includes a bubbling cap, a bar, an outlet hole, as well as inner and outer surfaces; an air box. The latter has its own controlled supply of an oxidiser and is connected to each of the bars of the multiple bubbling cap assemblies. In addition, the air box includes a header and many tubes. Each tube is located inside one of the multiple bubbling cap assemblies. Each tube has an open end that is located on or under the outlet hole of each of the multiple bubbling cap assemblies. Each tube is connected on the opposite end to a header contained inside its corresponding air box. The first controlled supply of the oxidiser independently supplied to the air box through the bar of each bubbling cap assembly and through the outlet hole of each bubbling cap assembly to CFB; and the second controlled supply of the oxidiser independently supplied through the header to the multiple tubes and to the multiple bubbling cap assemblies, where it is mixed with the first controlled supply of the oxidiser and leaves the outlet hole of the bubbling cap.

EFFECT: invention allows providing safe combustion of fuel in circulating fluidised bed boilers.
