FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: controlling the heart rate is ensured by using the sinus node If-canal inhibitor ivabradine. The preparation is prescribed in a dose of 5-10 mg/day to achieve the controlled heart rate of <65 beats per minute for 3 days preceding multi-layer spiral computed tomography.
EFFECT: method implies the individual therapeutic and diagnostic approach aiming at improving the quality of management of the patients suffering from congenital connective tissue disorders, enables extending the range of use of the preparation ivabradine.
