FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the mining industry, mainly to coal and ore one, and can be used for the prediction of risk of explosions of hybrid mixtures in mines and gas-hazardous pits. The proposed method comprises the experimental determination of intensity of the emission rate of explosive gases in the mine working, the measurement of the air flow rate and the concentration of gases in the mine atmosphere and the temperature of their ignition. At that the measurement of the air flow rate and the concentration of gases in it is carried out in the process of reducing the ventilation parameters of working, and the dynamics of reduction of the air flow and the increase in the concentration of gases, that constitute the hybrid mixture, is determined. In addition, the temperature of ignition is taken as the value inherent to the component of the hybrid mixture with the lowest temperature of ignition, and the risk of explosion of the hybrid mixture is determined by the product of frequencies of emergencies on the air flow rate and the content of the component of the hybrid mixture with the lowest temperature of ignition.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability of prediction by taking into account the dynamics of reduction of the air flow rate and the increase in the concentration of gases.
