Contents of components included in steel meet expressions (1) and (2): $$300\le 85[Si\%]+16[Mn\%]+40[Al\%]+490[P\%]\le 430(1)$$ , $$0,008\le Ti*<1,2[C\%](2)$$ , where Ti∗=Ti-3.4[N%].
