SUBSTANCE: sheet is produced out of steel containing wt %, C- 0.060 or less, Si - from 0.2 to 6.5, Mn - from 0.05 to 3.0, P - 0.30 or less, S or Se - 0.040 or less, Al - 2.50 or less and N - 0.040 or less, not necessarily - one or more ingredients additionally from group: Cu - from 0.001 to 30.0, Nb - from 0.03 to 8.0, Ti - 1.0 or less, V - 1.0 or less, Zr - 1.0 or less, B - 0.010 or less, Ni - 15.0 or less, Cr - 15.0 or less, Bi, Mo, W, Sn, Sb, Mg, Ca, Ce, La, and Co - in sum 0.5 or less, Fe - the rest and unavoidable impurities, and with deformed structures left inside steel sheet. The procedure consists in a stage of production of average dimension of d crystal grain in a steel sheet directly before the stage of forming deformed structures left in the steeel sheet with dimension 20 micro-metres or bigger.
EFFECT: production of sheet with tensile strength 500 MPA or more, of high wear resistance and super magnetic properties.
