FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed integrated device to clean exhaust gases from a marine engine comprises a casing fitted by conical covers, removable side cover, inlet and outlet gas and ozone branch pipes, connecting pipes to supply rinsing water and drain the impure water, respectively inside the casing from bottom up the following units are installed: a tray, a mixing chamber, a cleaning chamber consisting of several sections each of the latter comprising a support grid on which a filtering insert is installed and consists of vertical zig-zag containers with perforated walls that form zig-zag gas channels in-between; the zig-zag containers are filled by pumice pellets made from metallurgic slag with lime factor of M>1 and pellet diameter of 5-10 mm; rinsing water distributors being the tubes perforated from beneath and connected to the connecting pipes for rinsing water are mounted inside the cleaning chamber above each section, an ozone distributor being the tube perforated from above and connected to an ozoniser via the branch pipe is provided in the mixing chamber.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the integrated device to clean exhaust gases of a marine engine.
