SUBSTANCE: device comprises a preparation reservoir provided with a distally projecting tip with a longitudinal axis A forming a port for the preparation delivery from the reservoir, an adapter with a cuff engaged with the above tip, retainers for locking the cuff in the distal direction in relation to the tip, when the cuff is engaged with the tip, rotation retainers preventing the cuff rotation about the tip about the longitudinal axis A under a torque moment applied to the cuff, when the cuff is engaged around the circumference of the tip, cut-off switches neutralising the rotation retainers, once the torque moment reaches the pre-set value, and making thereby the cuff rotate about the tip. The invention also refers to the respective adapter.
