FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: silver and cadmium nitrate solutions are treated by sodium hydroxide solution, pulp is exposed and AgOH and Cd(OH)2 mixture deposit is separated from mother solution. Obtained deposit is annealed and subjected to reducing roasting at 360-400°C in atmosphere of gas mixture of nitrogen-formic acid.
EFFECT: explosion-proof obtainment of silver-cadmium alloy powder without cadmium oxide impurities.
