FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: flexible printed cable comprises an insulation substrate, lead pattern at the substrate and insulating protective coating at the surface of insulation substrate; additional (upper) costing is applied to the insulating protective coating as a thin film of fluorine-containing surfactant for which purpose perfluoropolyether acid is used. The method of flexible printed cable manufacturing includes formation of the lead pattern at the insulation substrate, application of the insulating protective coating on it, treatment of the insulator substrate surfaces and insulating protective coating with organic solvent of fluorine-containing surfactant and drying. The 0.2-5% solution of perfluoropolyether acid of 6MFK-180 brand in Freon 113 is used as the costing.

EFFECT: improving insulation resistance at operation in humid environment, reducing friction coefficient at the cable surface.
