SUBSTANCE: invention relates to train control and operator's watchfulness control means. Device comprises safety control unit, amplifier, electropneumatic valve, central information processing modules, inter-module interface, two modules for measuring motion parameters and two modules of continuous channels of external devices, unit of receiving coils of systems of automatic locomotive continuous signaling and automatic locomotive single continuous alarm, a unit of path and speed sensors, a route module, a radio channel module, a satellite navigation receiver, a radio modem. Additionally, module of synchronization of automatic adjustment of complex locomotive safety device to change of carrier frequency of code signals of automatic locomotive signaling, to control input of which is connected control output of analogue-to-digital converter of input signals of one of modules of continuous channels of external devices, wherein by the inter-module interface, the automatic tuning synchronization module is connected to the route module, with the central information processing modules and the external devices' continuous channels modules.

EFFECT: higher reliability of device operation due to prevention of ALSC failures at points of connection of different types of train traction.
