The composition includes whey proteins in an amount of - 10.0-20.0, a poly-vitamin preparation in an amount of 1.0-2.0, berry syrup represented by blackberry syrup, cranberry syrup or blueberry syrup in an amount of 8.0-10.0, YO-MIXTM101 FRO starter in the immobilised form in an amount of 3.0-5.0, pantogematogen - 9.0 and milk-balance. The initial components quantities are expressed in terms of wt %.
EFFECT: invention ensures a product with a high nutritive and biological value, high probiotic activity and high organoleptic indices.
