FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sewer system and can be used for diagnosing the technical condition of concrete pipeline. Mobile complex includes a vehicle, where portable computer, processing and control unit related with it, gas analyzers which are used as sensors of technical state, are arranged. Portable computer is related with the remote database of wireless telecommunication and is equipped with programs, enabling to perform reading of information from the non-volatile memory of the control and processing unit, its saving to the hard disk of portable computer, conversion into format, suitable for further processing by standard programs, and view of the obtained results in graphical form in time function on the screen of portable computer. Sensors of technical condition are designed with possibility of their removal from the vehicle and installation in the area of the controlled section of sewer pipeline.

EFFECT: operational efficiency of technical state diagnosis of underroof section of inner surface of concrete sewer pipeline.
