FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: suggested invention is related to oil industry and may be used for oil treatment and namely to introduction of deemulsifier to the pipeline to break oil emulsion. The device contains a container with deemulsifier coupled to the pump through the chemical feed line and automatic control unit. The device is equipped additionally with hydraulic and pneumatic accumulator, pressure and flow-rate transducers, control and return valves and is intercommunicated with an oil meter installed at the pipeline, at that the oil meter is coupled electrically via automatic control unit to the control valve installed at the chemical feed line. The hydraulic and pneumatic accumulator is connected to the pump by the chemical feed line and is installed upstream the control valve while pressure transducer is installed upstream the hydraulic and pneumatic accumulator and is coupled optically to the automatic control unit, at that return valves are installed upstream pressure transducer and downstream flow-rate transducer respectively.
EFFECT: reduction of costs for expensive deemulsifier.
