FIELD: fire protection.

SUBSTANCE: automatic system is used for coordinate detection of fires, calculation and determination of two-dimensional coordinates of fires in the protected area. To implement the system, at least two scanning flame detectors installed in different places are used, with the ability of each detector to determine the angular coordinate of the fire source; the detectors are connected via an interface to an automated operator’s workplace equipped with a computer with installed software. Functionally, the system consists of at least two subsystems of scanning flame detectors, each of which contains a board with a microprocessor unit, which through its inputs is connected to the obturator position control unit and through a pulse generator amplifier with a sensitive photodetector element, while through its inputs it is connected to a high-level voltage generator, an electric obturator drive, an alarm unit, a switching unit, a digital interface.

EFFECT: expansion of the range of fire safety systems.
