FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: corset has belt with clips; there are ribs of stiffness in central part of corset. Corset also has two half-belts made of textile rubber; some ends of half-belts are stitched to belt and the other ends have clips. Belt has six ribs of stiffness. Stiffness of ribs reduces in the direction from its central part to edges. Guide for container is placed along average line of belt; guide is attached at level of top and lower edges of belt. Two textile loops are put onto guide; loops are disposed at back wall of container for movement container along guide. Container is made of textile rubber in form of pocket. Textile thrusts are attached to container on its top and bottom; textile thrusts protrude beyond borders of belt. Set of insertions of two to four pieces is inserted into container; insertions are made of plastic nitrogen treated by X-ray contrast matter. Half-belts are stitched to central part of belt at side being opposite to guide for container. Device provides soft and long time reposition of unstable vertebrae; it also restores static and biomechanical functions of lumbosacral department of spinal column and of total spinal column to provide reduction in pain syndrome.
