Invention deals with thermally stable two-domain laccase of bacterium Streptomyces griseoflavus Ac-993 with alkaline optimum of activity, DNA sequence, coding said enzyme, and method of obtaining enzyme, including cloning enzyme gene in cells of bacterium Escherichia coli, production of enzyme in cells of Escherichia coli, introduction of copper ions in medium for cultivation of recombinant strain in order to form active enzyme, obtaining enzyme preparation by methods of metal chelate chromatography and gel filtration.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to extend assortment of enzymes such as laccase.
