FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to force-measuring equipment, in particular to methods for determining force factors acting on transport wheels. Proposed method for determining force factors acting on transport wheels includes connection of hob and rim of wheel with beams, measurement of values related to force factors, and calculation of forces and moments acting on hob by calculation of displacement of contact point located on circle radius with a centre coinciding with geometric centre of the wheel. At that hob is hinged on single-sided fixed in hinges horizontal frame with horizontal location of wheel axis, on beams of which applied is radial loading force factor generating radial load in wheel rotation plane, passing through geometric centre of the wheel. Normal reaction of supporting face is calculated based on primary records of sensor of force action of measuring mounting pad. Horizontal frame has possibility of control of spatial altitude of wheel rotation axis using lifting mechanisms, and measuring mounting pad has possibility of control of its spatial altitude using lifting mechanisms.
EFFECT: creating new measuring computational model thus providing increased accuracy of determination of forces and moments acting on tested wheel.
