SUBSTANCE: functional food product consists of carrots and bulb onions, tomato puree and vegetable oil and additionally contains girasol, above-ground girasol biomass, garlic, salt and citric acid at the following ratio of initial recipe components, wt %: carrots - 12.0-14.0; bulb onions - 2.0-2.5; tomato puree - 10.0-12.0; vegetable oil - 3.0-3.5; girasol - 47.0-50.0; above-ground biomass of girasol - 17.5-23.7; garlic - 1.0-1.2; salt - 0.2; citric acid - 0.1.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a food product with high nutritive and physiological value resulting from a high content of physiologically functional ingredients.
