FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery and vertebrology. A puncture vertebroplasty needle for inserted into a disk cavity. An intra-disc pressure is measured through the needle, and a drill, which is 5-7 mm longer than the needle for forming a canal. The drill with a part of the nucleus pulposus is removed, and a bone scraper, which is 10 mm longer than the needle; and another 2 ml of the disk content is removed by reducing the pressure by 10-30 cm Hg.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the pain syndrome on an operating table.
