FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to glass articles with an electrically heated surface. A transparent electroconductive layer is deposited on a substrate. At least one section is formed in the electroconductive layer, said section having areas divided by electroconductive strips which at least partially deviate from the longitudinal direction of the section and consist of straight and/or curved portions. The strips have, within the section, the same width w, which, for a given configuration of electrically insulated areas, is selected depending on the required overall resistance Rov of the section, which consists of a set of resistances RN of said portions of strips, where the resistance of each strip portion RN is determined by the equation: , where R□ is the resistivity of the electroconductive layer; w is the width of the strip; lN is the length of each strip portion.
EFFECT: eliminating temperature gradient and concentrated heat dissipation areas.
