FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sole in which in the region (1a, 1b) of the heel and forefoot several elements (2a, 2b) protrude downwards relative to the stop surface (3) surrounding each of them on all sides, and these elements (2a, 2b) due to forces acting on them while running can be deformed vertically and/or horizontally in all directions until alignment with the stop surface (3), and on the sole there are at least two groups of the elements (2a, 2b), and relative to the elements of the first group (2a) the force is necessary to be at least by 10 N greater than that relative to the elements of the second group (2b), to align them with the stop surface (3) by vertical deformation and thus in relation to the elements of the first group (2a) the effort is necessary to be at least by 5 N less than that relative to the elements of the second group (2b), so that to align them with the stop surface (3) by horizontal deformation.
EFFECT: ensuring deformability of the sole both vertically and horizontally to facilitate natural movements of the foot.
