SUBSTANCE: method of sending scheduling information in a downlink includes: determining, in downlink subframes at a second carrier frequency, a first downlink subframe, wherein during a time corresponding to the first downlink subframe, the subframe at the first carrier frequency is an uplink subframe; and sending, in a fifth downlink subframe at the first carrier frequency, scheduling information in the downlink, which corresponds to the first downlink subframe at the second carrier frequency, to a terminal, wherein the time corresponding to the fifth downlink subframe is ahead of the time corresponding to the first downlink subframe.
EFFECT: transferring scheduling information in an uplink and a downlink for a second carrier frequency through a first carrier frequency over a physical downlink shared channel.
