FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: spanner is equipped with a split body and two heads of larger and smaller size located at the ends of the body with hexahedral inner surfaces, symmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis of the spanner to ensure unscrewing or screwing of nuts with hexahedral end surfaces of different diameter for each head. Inside the body there is a movable stem with a rectangular profile at the ends, having an outer thread in its middle part, and a stop nut, inner thread of which is coupled with outer thread on the stem. The stem is equipped with a ledge, having V-shaped end surface with an opening angle of 120°, and is placed in a head of larger size to form by the hexahedral inner surface a head of larger size jointly with the end surface of the stem ledge in plan of the regular hexahedron, two opposite angles of which lie on the longitudinal axis of the spanner. In the middle part of the body there is a rectangular through hole for placement of a lock nut into it, which is installed on the stem as capable of rotation relative to the body to transmit motion to the stem inside the body along the longitudinal axis of the latter.
EFFECT: increased force of nut tightening or unscrewing with a head of a spanner used for large-sized nuts, without damage of its end faces.
