FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices with electrostatic deposition, namely to arrangement of components of circuit technology of conditioning and filtration of voltage. The device includes a tightly compacted part of a tank for high-voltage components, which is filled with a liquid cooling device and contains at least a set of high-voltage components of a transformer-rectifier in the liquid cooling device, a removable flat cover plate on the upper side, a high-voltage insulating feedthrough insulator of an output contact terminal, which is mounted through the removable flat cover plate, a part of the tank, which has at least one structure of a radiator of a panel type, which is mounted on the outer side, a compartment with air cooling without any liquid for arrangement of low-voltage components, which is formed on the outer side of the tank part with a common side wall with the tank part. In the specified compartment there mounted is one ore more triode thyristors for control of input DC voltage and/or insulating feedthrough insulators of passages of wires through the above said common side wall of the tank part.
EFFECT: achievement of compactness and easiness of installation; improvement of reliability and safety.
